COVID impact

COVID was, and continues to be, a source of concern for companies and people all over the world. It’s been a trying time for all of us, but we’re all working hard to the best of our ability, and even during lockdowns, we’ve managed to stay open and meet the needs of our wonderful clients. Their support has also been incredible, and we appreciate it.

Challenges faced

One of the most difficult tasks was having our shipments delivered on time. Even though we had enough stock, we also wanted to make sure that all of the new items were released at the same time and that we had enough stock. Because of covid , it was necessary to prepare ahead of time to ensure timely availability.

Overcome the challenges

The business was conducted using digital media and smooth operations.

•  Our daily live and virtual sessions with clients, enabled us to form a deeper and stronger bond with our customers.

• For our cornerstone, i.e., lovely clients and students, we provide online courses and live-interactive sessions.

• Using social media to share and repost our students’ nail art inspiration, as well as inspiring talented nail artists around the world.

Revival strategies for the business

  • It is important to concentrate on new media.
    • It’s important to interact with clients getting their feedback, listening to their needs and demand, and keeping up with the latest developments in the international nail industry.
    • Launching user-friendly, creative, high-quality goods at reasonable prices will give us a competitive advantage. Despite lockdowns in various parts of the world, we are prepared with a slew of innovative new items that have the potential to be game-changers and revolutionise the nail industry!

Surviving the pandemic is critical, and companies must develop contingency strategies and concentrate on distribution networks.
