1.   Brush your teeth daily

Many people know that twice a day burning your teeth is one of the most effective strategies for plaque reduction and keeping your teeth clean. But brushing will only be effective if the right technique is used by people.

People must brush with little circular motion, be sure to brush each tooth’s front, back and top. It takes 2 to 3 minutes to finish. Save back and forth movements should be stopped.

2.   Use a fluoride

Fluoride is extracted from a fluorine element in the rock. Many doctors agree fluoride is a common ingredient in toothpaste which mouth-washing and helps to avoid cavities.

Some dental products, however, have no fluoride and are not used by some people at all.

Data shows, even though a person takes care of his teeth, that a lack of fluoride will lead to tooth decadence. A recent review revealed that a person does not get cavities when they don’t use fluoride by brushing and flossing.

In the United States , many people have applied fluoride to their source of water. Various groups, including WHO, Centres for Control and Prevention of Diseases (CDC) and ADA, are recommending this procedure.

3.   Floss daily

Plaque and bacteria inside the teeth can be extracted where a toothbrush can not be penetrated by flossing. The removal of debris or food stuck between teeth can help avoid breathlessness.

There are no long-term experiments to show that flossing is effective, but it is nevertheless recommended by the ADA. The CDC also claims people ought to shake their teeth.

Most dentists prescribe that the floss be forced slowly back into the gum before hanging up and down the side of the teeth. The floss between the teeth must be stopped, which can cause discomfort and does not remove the plaque as efficiently.

4.   Visit a dentist daily
